This page follows the light novel; the manga adaptations have their own volume numbers.

I’m Kimihiko Kimizuka, an ordinary high school student with an absolute knack for getting caught up in trouble. Aboard a hijacked plane, I met Siesta, a girl detective as beautiful as an angel, and became her assistant. The great detective and her assistant embarked on three years of dazzling adventures—until death parted us. This story takes place another year later. Woven by me, the only one left alive, and the detective’s last wishes, this is a story that still hasn’t ended.

    • Season 1: This manga adapts the first and third novels, while The Lost Memory adapts the second. An exact manga starting point after Season 1 is not confirmed.
    • Season 2: Season 2 is still airing, so its final reading point is not yet settled.

  • The Detective Is Already Dead: The Lost Memory

    Adaptationmanga株式会社KADOKAWA

I’m Kimihiko Kimizuka, an ordinary high school student who was once a great detective’s assistant. A year has passed since I lost Siesta. I’ve met Natsunagi and Saikawa and reunited with Charlie, when one day, the girls and I are kidnapped by “Siesta.” What we’re told there is the truth about Siesta’s death—a truth I apparently have “forgotten”—.

    • Season 1: The Lost Memory retells the second novel, including Siesta and Kimizuka’s past, rather than continuing beyond Season 1.
    • Season 2: Season 2 is still airing, so its final reading point is not yet settled.
