This page follows the light novel; the manga has its own volume numbers.

With a cumulative total of over 290,000 copies, the hugely popular otherworld fantasy about an unlucky young man gets its long-awaited manga adaptation! The protagonist, Makoto Misumi, was supposed to be a perfectly ordinary high school student…until his parents’ circumstances led to him being summoned to another world. To make matters worse, the goddess who is that world’s sole deity insults him, saying, “Your face is ugly,” and sends him flying to the wilderness at the farthest edge of the world without any say in the matter. Makoto wanders the wilderness in search of human warmth, but for some reason, everyone he meets is non-human. Even the two beautiful women he finally gains as companions are a troublesome pair: a former dragon and a former giant spider. Where will Makoto’s bizarre journey through another world take him, utterly unlucky though he is, yet endowed with cheat-level abilities—!?

    • Season 2: After Season 2 (37 episodes in total), the manga has not yet reached the season finale. Its latest Japanese Volume 17 is still set during the summer break, so it cannot currently continue that ending.
